I weighed 100lbs when I got married 10 years ago but 3 kids later etc, etc I had gained an extra 30lbs and was not happy. I followed the steps in this book and have lost over 18lbs and feel AMAZING! I feel like I'm 19 again. This book totally laid out every single step to take and was super easy to read and understand. If you follow the book you will get results. I love that it's an organized step by step plan, not just idealizm.
