(More customer reviews)I've just started exploring the world of bodyweight exercises and this is one of the first books I've bought on the subject. I found this book to be well laid out and straight forward, much like the other animal kingdom books I've purchased. I would say this book is fantastic for beginners to immediate as far as their knowledge of bodyweight exercises is concerned. If you're already familiar with exercises with exercises like Hindu Squats and Pushups you might want to look elsewhere for something more advanced. If this is new to you though this book is a great place to start. I'm already up to 100 Hindu squats and 50 Pushups. My cardio is improving while my body is becoming stronger and more powerful. If you want to get in amazing shape FAST bodyweight exercises, such as those featured in this book, are the way to go.
