I highly recommend this book.We go to church with Mark and I can honestly say, he lives what he writes about.I am currently using his workout program and I love it.Just three days a week and about an hour to hour 1/2 in the gym.I feel better.I have more energy.Buy the book, it's a good read and you will loose weight and gain muscle.It's a very smart workout plan.
