(More customer reviews)This is a great informational book that if followed can change your life. It is very clearly written with great illustrations and all the exercises are very clearly explained. I like that the author doesn't just tell you how to do the exercises, but he tells you what the benefits are, gives you the correct techniques, and explains why each exercise is helpful in the entire scheme of the program. On top of that, there is tips for nutrition, as well as bonus interviews and so much more.
I have been going to the gym on and off for years yet after using the techniques in the book my body HURT (in a good way) more then it has in a LONG time. I can feel the results already!
I highly recommend this to everyone, from beginners to people who work out regularly, there is going to be something here that is beneficial to everyone.
