(More customer reviews)I have just finished my third week on this program and I'm really happy with the results. I've lost five pounds on the scale, but more importantly my body feels toner and my clothes fit better. The book is very easy to follow. It has separate pages for each of the 28 days of the program with exactly what you are supposed to eat and exercise. There are home workouts provided but I take this to the gym with me. It makes it really easy to just go through the workout knowing the exact routine. I really like the exercise descriptions which are clear and with good pictures to show exactly what you need to do. I'm excited to keep using this over the coming months. My goal is to lose a total of 20 pounds and get really toned for summer!
