Looking for a book to help build your upper body? This is it. With an easy-to-follow plan, Roberts sets out two separate workouts: pushing motions one day, pulling motions the next. I began this workout, and though I definitely haven't followed it religiously, I immediately felt and, more importantly, saw results. I was impressed! Finally, something accessible and successful. This book is concise and easy-to-use. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to bulk up.
