I enjoyed the book.It was an easy quick read.It has plenty of pictures, testimonials and good common sense tips and information.In the book you will learn about foods you should eat and foods you should "Cut Out" as well as exercises for the road and home.Best of all, you can follow the "Body Cuts Program" on a shoe string budget.You will get your body into shape, build your muscles and strengthen your heart and lungs.I plan on following the program.I have already started and you should too.
