(More customer reviews)I have been taking Glenda's yoga class for the past 2 years and from day 1 I have been impressed with her.She is amazing.She's beautiful, and toned and in awesome shape.All I can say at age 29 is, I hope I look half as good as she does when I reach her age.To all of those individuals who are younger, don't overlook this book because you think its for the older generation.Glenda has helped me lose weight, become the most toned I've ever been, and feel the best I've ever felt.The only down side to getting the book is that you can't hear her incredibly soothing voice in your home.Yoga has changed my life.And as long as I'm able, I will practice this method.This book gives you a good demonstration of what she teaches in her classes and I highly recommend it to people of all ages.
