I used to have constant pain in my hip and back.After 4 weeks of strength/ab training that pain is gone. Nothing else, not yoga, not stretching, nothing was working, but this did.
The excercises, intstructions and visuals in this book are great.There are straightforward explanations of how muscle groups work and why strengthening each is important.
The book features five different workouts, increasing in difficulty, all focussed on strengthening the core (torso, back, stomach, hips) and toning the abs. The excercises are really fun and easy to follow.No more boring crunches!
